Don't Stop Listening To The Criticism, Do What You Want To Do
If you have been criticized constructively, you should be thankful that someone is taking is time to see your success. Criticism is good so listen carefully to criticism - sometimes it can give you a competitive edge. Its competitive edge can guide you away from bad practices and towards good ones.
