Sun Fire Servers Are Reliable Even in Pre-Owned Condition

Sun Microsystems introduced the Sun Fire brand of servers in 2001 to coincide with the introduction of the UltraSPARC III processor. This popular product line included units produced with: the UltraSPARC III processor, the UltraSPARC IV dual-core processor, the Intel Xeon processor, and AMD Opteron processors. When the Oracle Corporation acquired Sun Microsystems, it recognized the popularity of this product line and continued to produce Sun Fire servers.
